MoD: Iraq fights terrorism on behalf of the world

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Defense, Khalid Al-Obaidi assured that Iraq is fighting terrorism on behalf of the world.

A statement by the MoD received by IraqiNews.com, cited that Obaidi “received in his Office today morning a member of National Democratic Institute, Ognyan Buyadeef, discussing the results done by the NDI concerning the developments of political and security events in Iraq and the fierce attack by terrorism”.

“Iraq is fighting terrorism on behalf of the world thus we are in need of support to defeat the barbaric terrorist groups that came from all nations of the world, making Iraq a battlefield for their terrorist actions’’, Obaidi assured. /End/
