Mortar shell attack wounds child west of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – A security source in Anbar province announced on Tuesday, that a child was injured in a mortar shell attack by ISIS on the residential neighborhood in the district of al-Baghdadi west of Ramadi.

The source said in a brief statement received by IraqiNews.com, “This evening, ISIS shelled the residential neighborhood in the district of al-Baghdadi (90 km west of Ramadi), by two mortar shells on one of the roads in the neighborhood, resulting in the injury of a child,” adding that, “The [ISIS] shelled two mortar rounds from al-Baghdadi Island.”
