Mosque’s clergyman wounded eastern Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) A mosque’s clergyman was wounded due to an armed attack in eastern Mosul.Security source stated to Iraqi News IraqiNews.com on Saturday “An armed group attacked a primary school, in Akhaa neighborhood of eastern Mosul, and opened fire targeting the teacher, Shaker Mahmood,” noting that “The teacher is the clergyman of Sadeiq Rashan mosque which situated in the demonstrations location on the left side of Fallujah city of eastern Mosul.””The security forces transported the injured clergyman to the nearest hospital for treatment and opened an investigation to figure out the circumstances of the incident while the gunmen managed to flee after the attack,” the source added.
