Mosul (IraqiNews.com) The patrol of the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, was targeted by an Improvised Explosive Device of southern Mosul.
A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “An IED was emplaced on the road side of al-Qayara district, 60 KMs south of Mosul, exploded to target Nijaifi’s patrol without causing any causalities.”
“Nijaifi was not in the patrol at the explosion time,” the source concluded.
