Another blast took place as an IED targeted a police patrol in west of Baghdad.

Speaking to AlSumaria News, another source said, “a bomb, on the side of the road, at the Ibrahim bin Ali region, western Baghdad, exploded in the morning targeting police patrol.”

“The blast left two personnel wounded,” the source, who preferred anonymity, said adding that they were transferred to hospital for treatment.
