Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Commander of Nineveh Police Command, Ahmed Hassan al-Jouburi, survived an assassination attempt.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Jouburi’s patrol was targeted by an Improvised Explosive Device of southern Mosul.”

“The explosion did not result in causalities,” the source concluded.
