Anbar (IraqiNews.com) An Iraqi Army officer was killed due to sticky bomb explosion in eastern Faluja district of Anbar province.

A security source told IraqiNews.com on Wednesday “A sticky bomb that was emplaced beneath a car belongs to an officer with Colonel rank named, Amir Adnan, exploded on a highway in eastern Faluja district resulted in killing the officer and one of his bodyguards.”

“A security force blocked the incident spot, and transported the two victims to the morgue,” the source added.
