Peshmerga forces repel ISIS attack on west of Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) On Saturday, a source within the paramilitary Peshmerga forces said, that the Kurdish forces have managed to repel an attack by the ISIS group militants on a headquarters for the Peshmerga in west of Mosul.
The source informed IraqiNews, “The paramilitary Peshmerga forces have managed to repel a violent attack by the ISIS group elements on headquarters for the Kurdish forces in the district of Sinjar, located in west of Mosul,” pointing out that, “The Peshmerga forces inflicted heavy losses in lives upon the group’s ranks and gained control over the area.”
