(IraqiNews.com) Erbil – Chief of General Staff of the Peshmerga forces announced on Saturday, that the liberalization process of the city of Tal Afar and Mosul is close, while pointed to a good military coordination between the province and the federal government to strike the “terrorists.”

Chief of Staff of the Peshmerga forces Jamal Eminki said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “after the liberation of Sinjar by Peshmerga, it is scheduled to begin the liberation operations of Tal Afar and Mosul during the coming period,” considering Sinjar liberation as “a good gate and a victory for all Iraqis.”

Eminki added that “the Peshmerga forces began the operations of digging trenches in the area of Sinjar to prevent terrorists passing in the areas under the control of the Peshmerga.”
