IS Photographer of Wilayat Diyala killed northeast of Baqubah

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) Head of the Security Committee in Diyala Provincial Council Sadik al-Husseini announced on Tuesday, that the so-called Islamic State’s photographer of Wilayat Diyala died, after being wounded in clashes with Iraqi army.
Husseini said in a press statement, “The photographer of Wilayat Diyala in the Islamic State group died of his wounds, after being injured in clashes with army forces in the vicinity of Sheikhi village, northeast of Baqubah.”
“The killed IS member was responsible for photographing the group’s attacks, as well as publishing them to social media,” Husseini added.
Yesterday, army forces foiled an attack on a security checkpoint in Sheikhi area that witnessed the clashes between the army forces and the Islamic State tody.
