Policeman killed, 3 injured in bomb blast in northern Baghdad

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Sunday, a security source said that, a policeman has been killed and three others were injured in a bomb blast in northern Baghdad.
The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, informed IraqiNews.com, “An explosive device has went off, this afternoon, targeting a patrol for the police in the district of al-Tajy,” pointing out that, “The explosion resulted in killing a policeman and wounding three others.”
“A security force cordoned off the area of the incident and rushed the injured to a near hospital, while transferred the dead body to the forensic medicine authority,” the source added.
