Policeman wounded in an attack east of Baquba

(IraqiNews.com) Diyala – On Saturday, a local source in Diyala Province announced, that a police officer was wounded in an attack on a station point east of Baquba.
The source said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Today, unidentified gunmen shot a police station point in the eastern area of Mandali, wounding one police officer with moderate injuries.”
The source added, “A security force cordoned off the area of incident and transferred the wounded to a nearby hospital.”
