Sadrist official injured in Babel

Babel (IraqiNews.com) Three persons were injured among them a Sadrist official when two Improvised Explosive Devices exploded targeting a Shiite procession in Babel province.

A security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Two IEDs exploded targeting a Shiite procesion in Latifiya district of northern Babel province,” noting that “The explosions resulted in injuring three persons among them the Sadrist official Nahidh al-Ma’mouri.”

“A security force rushed to the incident scene and transferred the injured persons to a hospital for treatment,” the source added.
