Sahwa councils’ representative survived armed attack in Diyala

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) The representative of Sahwa councils in Diyala province survived an armed attack targeted his house.

Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Unidentified gunmen executed an armed attack with silenced weapons targeting Khalid al-Luhaibi, the representative of the Sahwa councils in Buhruz district of Diyala.”

“The attack resulted in killing one of his guards,” the source added noting “Security force rushed to block the incident spot and transport the dead body to the morgue.”
