Samara Operations Commander, 100 security elements besieged inside Speicher air base in Tikrit

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Ali al-Fraiji, the Commander of Samara Operations Command and 100 security elements clashed with the ISIL elements in Tikrit.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The ISIL elements besieged Fraiji and the other security elements inside Speicher Air Force Base in Tikrit and they are still resisting the insurgents.”
