8 security elements killed, injured western Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Eight security elements were killed and injured due to armed clashes with unidentified gunmen of western Mosul.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Four of the policemen were killed and four others of SWAT forces were injured on Monday night after clashing with unidentified gunmen in al-Jazeera area of western Mosul.”

“The clashes resulted in killing some of the gunmen,” the source concluded.
