Security force raids Anbar protest square

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) Security forces raided the protest square in Anbar province on background of ascending the demonstrations stages by masked men and releasing slogans, which were not announced.

Security source told IraqiNews.com on Saturday “The security forces raided the protest square in Anbar to investigate the masked men who released many slogans at the protests stages,” noting “Anbar Operations Command held meeting on Saturday, with representatives of the demonstrators and tribal leaders to prevent reoccurrence of such case.”

“The chieftains and the demonstrators’ representatives promised not to repeat this incident again,” the source added.
