 Security forces destruct ISIS headquarters in Anbar, 45 IEDs dismantled

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The commander of Anbar Operations Major General Ismail al-Mahalawi announced on Sunday, that the security forces destructed a headquarters belonging to the so-called ISIS and dismantled 45 improvised explosive devices in Anbar.

Mahalawi said in a press statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “A force from Anbar Operations managed to destruct a headquarters belonging to ISIS and a vehicle carrying a machine gun, while killed four ISIS members near al-Salam intersection south of Fallujah.”

Mahalawi added, “Another force from the army dismantled 45 improvised explosive devices and found equipment and communication kits in the Modern Village northwest of Ramadi.”
