Security forces enters al-Taqsim area after expelled ISIS from it
(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Sunday, Baghdad Operations Command announced, that the Iraqi security forces have managed to enter the area of Nazim al-Taqsim, asserting that the area has been fully liberated from the ISIS group militants.
Baghdad Operations Command spokesman General-Officer Saad Moen said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com “Today, the security forces have managed to enter the area of al-Taqsim and regain control over it after liberating the entire area from ISIS’s control.”
