Security forces kill 20 ISIS militants in northern Tikrit
Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, a source within the police force in Salahuddin province stated, that 20 ISIS militants have been killed in clashes with the security forces in northern Tikrit.
The source informed IraqiNews, “Violent clashes between the police elements and the ISIS group militants broke out today in the areas of al-Hajaj and al-Mallaha in the district of Biji, located 40 km northern Tikrit,” adding that, “The clashes resulted in killing 20 ISIS militants.”
