Security forces kill, wound 13 ISIS elements in al-Karma

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a security source in Anbar province said, that the security forces have either killed or injured 13 elements of the ISIS group in an operation in al-Karma district, located in eastern Fallujah.

The source stated to IraqiNew.com in an interview, “Today, a force from the special rapid intervention units conducted a military operation against ISIS militants in the area of al-Harirat in the district of al-Karma (53 km east of al-Fallujah),” pointing out that, “The military operation has resulted in killing 6 elements of the ISIS group and badly injuring 7 others.”

“The force has managed to destroy 4 armored vehicles and deactivating 9 explosives in the area,” the source added.
