Security forces liberate Hamrin Mountains

(IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, the security forces backed by al-Hashd al-Sha’bi and the tribal fighters managed to liberate Hamrin Mountains from the control of ISIS.
IraqiNews.com reporter said, “The security forces with the support of elements of the Volunteer Fighters (al-Hashd al-Sha’bi) and the tribal fighters were able today to fully liberate Hamrin Mountains from the ISIS control.”
He added that the forces are continuing their operations in Salahuddin to liberate it from ISIS.
The Security Committee in the Diyala Provincial Council announced Tuesday that security forces had managed to penetrate three ISIS defensive lines in the hubs of Diyala – Salahuddin.
