Source: ISIS and IEDs besiege dozens of families in Heet

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – A military source in Anbar Province revealed on Monday, that the so-called ISIS and the improvised explosive devices are besieging dozens of families in Heet City, while pointed out to the continuance of the military operations.
The source said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Dozens of families in Heet are besieged by ISIS and the improvised explosive devices in the northern and eastern parts of the city,” pointing out that, “The other parts of the city are controlled by the Anti-Terrorism forces and the army’s 7th and 16th brigades.”
The source added, “ISIS members escaped through the Euphrates River northeast of Heet to the other side of the river.”
