5 students killed, injured in Salah il-Din

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Five students were either killed or injured due to an armed attack in Shurqat district of Salah il-Din province.

Security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Unidentified gunmen opened fire against a bus carrying students of high school to result in killing two of them and injuring three others in al-Hijail village of Shurqat district of northern Tikrit.”

“The gunmen managed to flee and the policemen transported the dead bodies to the morgue and the injuries to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
