Sukhoi warplanes destruct al-Awashr Bridge in Salahuddin

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – Media officials with the Ministry of Defense announced on Monday, that the al-Awashr Bridge was destructed in an aerial strike by the Iraqi Air Force in Salahuddin province.
The officials said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The brave air hawks conducted a direct aerial strike by Sukhoi warplanes resulting in the destruction of al-Awashr Bridge,” noting that, “The bridge is used to cross from the areas located east of Zaghiyton Valley to the area of Hamrin Mountains.”
