Terrorist group responsible for several bombings arrested in Baghdad

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – Defense Ministry announced on Saturday the arrest of a group of “terrorists” operating within the so-called Baghdad’s state, indicating that the group is responsible for the bombing of several car bombs and planting explosives in the capital.

The ministry said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “the Directorate of Military Intelligence and the National Security Service were able to arrest a terrorist group operating within the so-called Baghdad’s state in Karkh area.”

“The group is responsible for the bombing of several car bombs and planting explosive devices in different parts of Baghdad.” Defense Ministry added.
