Turkish warplanes bombard border villages in Kurdistan

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Turkish warplanes violated, on last Tuesday evening, the airspaces of the Kurdistan Region and bombed a number of border villages at Qindeel foothills.

The media office of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan cited on Wednesday that “Four Turkish warplanes bombarded villages in Qindeel district on last Tuesday evening.”

“The bombarding damaged 7 houses in Sili village, the statement added noting that “The shelling did not cause loss of life since the people of the village had left to the nearby villages.”
