University professor injured in Tikrit

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) A university professor was seriously injured when an Adhesive Explosive Device (AED) attached to his vehicle, exploded in Salah-il-Din province.

Security source mentioned to the correspondent of IraqiNews.com on Wednesday ”The AED, which was attached to the vehicle of the professor Sabah Baha-il-Din, exploded few minutes after the professor’s departure from the College of Agriculture located in Tikrit University.”

The source added “The professor was severely injured so that he was transported to Tikrit hospital for treatment.” \
