Urgent… 10 Sahwa elements killed, injured in northern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Ten of the Sahwa elements were killed and injured due to the suicide bombing that targeted them in al-Taji district of northern Baghdad.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “One of the Sahwa elements was killed and 9 others injured when a suicide bomber detonated himself targeting them when they were receiving their salaries in al-Taji district of northern Baghdad.”

“The number of the causalities can rise,” he added, noting that “The police forces seized the area in anticipation of another attack.”
