URGENT: 14 dead, 67 wounded in Baghdad car bombing

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, a source in the police indicated that 14 people were killed and 45 others were wounded in a car bombing in front of Muntadher police station in Sadr City which is located in eastern Baghdad.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com “The initial casualty outcome of the car bomb stood at 14 dead and 45 people were injured.

The source, who requested to remain anonymous, said that “the security force rushed to the scene and prevented onlookers from approaching it, while ambulances transported the injured to a nearby hospital and the bodies to the forensic medicine department.
