Urgent – Heavy clashes erupt northeast of Baquba

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Heavy clashes erupted between the security forces and the gangs of the terrorist Islamic State in Iraq and Levant at the southern skirts of Sa’diya district (80 km) to the northeast of Baquba city, the center of Diyala province.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com Friday “Heavy clashes started between the security forces supported by the tribesmen and the gunmen of the terrorist ISIL at the southern skirts of Sa’diya district (80 km) to the northeast of Baquba city,” noting that “The clashes did not cause any casualties among both sides till now.”

“A security force arrived at the clashes site to support the ISF and tribesmen in their battle against terrorism,” the source concluded.
