Urgent….IED targets Iraqi army patrol southern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Five members of an Iraq army patrol were killed and injured due to an explosion of an IED in Doura district of southern Baghdad.

A security source told IraqiNews.com on Saturday “An Iraqi soldier was killed and other four were injured when an IED detonated targeting their patrol on a roadside in Arab Jibour neighborhood of Doura district to the south of Baghdad.”

“The explosion resulted in damaging one of the patrol’s vehicles,” the source added.
