URGENT: ISIL beheads 3 Iraqi police near Mosul

Mosul (IraqiNews.com) According to a local source in Nineveh province, the organization of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant beheaded three Iraqi police officers in the south of Mosul on Monday.

The source said, in an interview for IraqiNews.com, that “the fighters of the Islamic State slaughtered three elements of the Iraqi police in the area of Qayyarah (85 km south of Mosul) today.”

The source, who asked not to be named, said “The organization of ISIL has executed the police officers on charges of conspiring against the Islamic state.”
