Urgent – .MP Jawari survives assassination

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) MP Karima al-Jawari of the Iraqiya Slate survived assassination along with her family in Balad district of Salah il-Din province.

A statement by the IS media office cited on Thursday “A car bomb that was parked at a roadside detonated while Jawari’s car which was carrying her son and mother passed,” noting that “The street was empty of vehicles or pedestrians.”

“The stop of the car when the mother got off the car made the car bomb blew up before Jawari’s car pass beside it for few moments,” the statement added.
