Urgent – 7 policemen killed, injured in Kirkuk

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) Seven policemen were killed and injured due to car bomb explosion targeting their patrol in central Kirkuk.

Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Car bomb exploded this morning targeting police patrol in Hanbali neighborhood next to Baghdad Terminal in Kirkuk, thus resulted in killing three policemen and injuring four others.”

“The explosion caused material damages to the nearby shops and houses,” the source added noting “The security forces blocked the incident place and transported the injured to a hospital while the dead bodies were sent to the morgue.”
