Urgent – Traffic police captain killed in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A traffic police officer was killed due to explosion of an Adhesive Explosive Device to the south of Baghdad.Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) ”The AED, which was attached to the vehicle of a traffic police officer, with a Captain rank, exploded in Baghdad al-Jadeeda area of southern Baghdad.””The explosion resulted in killing the officer and destroyed his vehicle completely,” the source added, noting that ”The security forces imposed a security cordon over the explosion area and transported the dead body to the morgue.” \END\
