(SyrianNews.media) US Army revealed that at least 352 civilians were killed by air strikes carried out by the international coalition air force in Syria and Iraq since 2014, Syrian News reported on Monday.

The Joint Task Force said in a report that 45 civilians were killed in the period between November 2016 and March 2017, and 26 others were killed in a separate air strikes in March.

Also, 80 civilians were killed since the start of the international coalition air strikes in 2014, while the Joint Task Force is still studying 42 reports discussing civilian casualties, the statement added.

However, the numbers of casualties announced by the US Army are much lower the numbers provided by human rights organizations that reveal more than 3000 civilians were killed by the coalition air strikes since 2014.

Noteworthy, the United States led an international coalition that was formed in 2014, to fight the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq.
