US-led Coalition conducts 14 airstrikes against ISIL western Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Joint Command of the US-led Coalition announced that the US-led Coalition fighters have conducted 14 airstrikes against the ISIL positions western and northern Iraq and 5 other airstrikes in Syria.

The command, in a statement, received by IraqiNews.com cited that “The jet fighters conducted 14 airstrikes since Tuesday morning until Wednesday morning near Baji, Al-Falluja, Talefer and Mosul in Iraq,” noting that “The airstrikes targeted technical units, vehicles, mechanical diggers, weapons and buildings.”

The statement added “The jet fighters have also conducted 5 airstrikes near Kobane targeting tactical units and destroying ISIL locations and vehicles.” /End/
