Weapons, ammo cache seized in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A security force seized a weapons cache in eastern Baghdad on Wednesday.

The Spokesman of Baghdad Operations Command, Colonel Dhiya al-Wakeel, stated to IraqiNews.com “The force from the Federal Police 1^st Division managed to find the cache that involved bombs and silenced weapons in Sumer neighborhood in eastern Baghdad.”

“The operation was based on intelligence information,” the source added.

“The cache contents were delivered to the specialized sides,” the source concluded.
