Woman killed, two civilians injured in bomb blast in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Thursday, a source within the police force said, that a woman has been killed and two civilians were injured in a bomb blast in southern Baghdad.

The source informed IraqiNews, “This evening, a bomb went off in the area of al-Latifiyah, located in southern Baghdad,” noting that, “The bomb blast resulted in killing a woman and injuring two civilians.”

“Security forces shortly blockaded the area, while ambulances have carried the dead body to the Forensic Medicine Authority and the injured ones to a near hospital,” the source added.
