Iraq Embassy in Australia honors Iraqi teams

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affair confirmed that ”The Iraqi Embassy to Australia has honoured Iraqi Sport Teams there.”

The Ministry reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com that ”The Embassy of Iraq to Australia organized a ceremony to honour the Iraqi sportsmen who are living in Australia,” noting that “The ceremony was attended by many Iraqis who reside in Australia.”

The statement added that ”The Iraqi Embassy distributed discretionary gifts for the members of the sport teams,” noting that “The gifts included cloths and sport equipments carrying the Iraqi flag.” \
