Washington (IraqiNews.com) UK Prime Minister David Cameron and Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani will hold the first bilateral talks between a British Prime Minister and an Iranian President since Iran’s revolution in 1979.

Official sources from both sides stated that they will meet in a few days in New York, just before the UN Security Council begins on Friday, to discuss over the situation in Iraq and Syria and the US-led coalition against ISIS.

British political parties’ leaders, including the Labour’s, are moving towards an agreement which can support Cameron next Friday when upholding UK involvement in air strikes against ISIS in the UK Parliament next Friday.
