Hama (Syria News) Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) managed to recapture the towns of Rahgan and Sarha, in eastern Hama, after clashes with the Islamic State, Qasioun News reported on Saturday.

Sources informed that clashes broke out between the Islamic State and HTS militia, in eastern Hama, along with artillery and missiles shelling, killing 15 Islamic State militants and wounding several others, as well as destroying vehicles.

The clashes forced the Islamic State to retreat to the villages of Shakosya, Abu LAffa, Hasrat, Muraijeb Hamlan, Rasm Al-Ahmar, while military operations are still ongoing in the area, the sources added.
