IS kills, wounds 11 Syrian soldiers in Homs

Homs (SyriaNews.media) The Islamic State-owned Amaq News Agency reported, on Saturday, that the group’s militants killed 4 Syrian soldiers, and wounded 7 others, near al-Talila Protectorate, east of Palmyra.
The Islamic State group also managed, yesterday, to attack government forces near Huwayses, Talila protectorate and al-Abbasiya areas, in the eastern countryside of Homs.
Furthermore, the Islamic State attack resulted in destroying two tanks, using two rockets, near Huwayses area, in eastern Homs.
Noteworthy, ongoing clashes are taking place between the Syrian government forces and Islamic State near Palmyra, in an attempt to advance into the Syrian Badiyah.
