Mars to witness landing of vehicle involves names of Arab celebrities

(IraqiNews.com) IF everything goes as planned by NASA Agency, Mars surface will witness, today Monday, the landing of a vehicle contains 15,000 names including a number of Arab celebrities from the past and present and even ordinary Arabs.

This has been revealed by Dr. Issam Haji, the Head of a scientific team in NASA who uses radar technology on the earth to search for ground water in the desert areas similar to that in Mars.

According to Dr Haji, 37 years old, “The importance of this most complex and sophisticated vehicle than any other preceding vehicles, is not in what it carries of the names of Arabs and others, but what the scientific leap it will achieve, since understanding the phenomenon of the disappearance of water on Mars and turning its surface into a dry desert due to climate changes experienced by the planet, which is what concerns the Arabs in particular, for it might be a scenario similar to the effects of climate change in the region.”

He stated that “The size of the vehicle, Curiosity, similar to a small car and its weight is 900 kg, five times larger than any probe sent to the Red Planet, while the expenses of made it amounted to $ 2 billion and 500 thousand.
