(IraqiNews.com) The meeting of the experts of the member states in the Non-Alignment Movement started work, on Sunday, in the International Conference Center at the Iranian Radio and TV headquarter in Tehran.
The official Iranian News Agency reported “The meeting began with the speech of the Iranian Foreign Minister, Ali Akbar Salihi.”
The experts’ meeting will continue its work over two days before holding the Foreign Ministers’ meeting on 26/27 of August which will prepare to hold the summit meeting on 28/29 of August.”
The Non-Alignment Movement involves in its membership (118) States on the basis of lack of participation in any international military gatherings.
The population of the non-alignment countries represents 56% of the world people.
The summit will be participated by 118 States in Tehran and an Iraqi delegation will be present at this meeting headed by the Vice President Khudhayer al-Khuzai.
The Summit will tackle the international issues, regional crises, and the Middle Eastern events especially the issues of Palestine, Latin America, and issues related to human rights, food and health security.
