( The current US President, Barack Obama, re-elected as US President according to sorting of the votes where the initial results revealed Obama’s winning 290 votes in the Electoral Votes compared to 203 votes for the republican rival, Mitt Romney.

It is worth mentioning that the candidates must get at least 270 votes in the electoral votes of 538 votes to secure victory.

Obama is preparing to deliver the victory speech to his supporters in Chicago.
