Syrian government forces recapture several areas south of Homs

Homs (SyriaNews.media) Syrian government forces, backed by pro-regime militias, managed, on Tuesday, to recapture several areas near al-Qaryatayn, in the southern countryside of Homs, Qasioun News Agency reported.
The National Defense militias advanced into al-Mahsa Mountain, Talet al-Khanzeer, Tal Syriatel and al-Qaryatayn Dam in the area, after fierce battles with the Islamic State group.
Meanwhile, Syrian Air Force carried out air strikes on the headquarters of the Islamic State in the area, killing and wounding several militants.
Noteworthy, Syrian government forces and its affiliated militias advanced recaptured several areas near al-Zalf area, in eastern As-Suwayda.
