 Three Russians belonging to ISIS arrested southern Turkey

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Monday, Turkish General Staff announced the arrest of three Russian citizens linked to the so-called ISIS in southern Turkey.

The newspaper “Hurriyet Daily News” quoted the Turkish General Staff as saying, “The leadership of the gendarmerie in Adana province, south of the country, has arrested three foreigners in Yumurtalik area who are believed to be of Russian citizens associated with ISIS, but the questioning process is still ongoing.”

ISIS attempts to impose its control over Syria and Iraq raise concerns in the international community; several countries expressed its concerned about these attempts, before the international coalition led by Washington has launched air strikes against ISIS sites in different parts of the two countries.
