(IraqiNews.com) Turkish Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu’s convoy had a traffic accident while moving from Baghdad International Airport to the government headquarters in central Baghdad. The accident left two wounded people.

Anatolia news agency reported today that one of the cars, accompanying the Turkish Prime Minister, was out of the control, which led it to collide with another. The two injured Turkish workers were taken to a hospital in Baghdad.

Davutoglu paid the injured workers a visit at the hospital after finishing the joint press conference with his Iraqi counterpart, Haider al-Abadi, who visited them, too.

Later, the injured workers were taken to the Turkish capital, Ankara, on an ambulance plane belonging to the Turkish Ministry of Health, to complete their treatment.

Noteworthy, the Turkish President arrived in the city of Erbil after talks with his Iraqi counterpart, and meetings with the President of the Republic Fuad Masum and the House Speaker Salim al Jabouri.
